該機(jī)型的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)為“半自動(dòng)運(yùn)行”（即需 人為操作設(shè)備的啟停），空氣進(jìn)口、氮?dú)獬隹谠O(shè)有 過濾調(diào)壓部件，氮?dú)饧兌?9.5 -99.9%氮?dú)夥治鰞x 在線檢測，制氮吸附塔交替運(yùn)行排空時(shí)，加裝有快 速排空裝置，以達(dá)到制氮工藝快速脫附要求，延長 了工藝電磁閥的使用壽命。
Running state of the machine is "semi-automatic operation" (that is, the need for operating the start-stop of the equipment). Air inlet and nitrogen outlet are equipped with pressure regulating components. Nitrogen purity is monitored by analyzer on-line, by 99.5-99.9% unit. Alternately emptying system of nitrogen adsorption tower, with a rapid emptying device, in order to achieve the requirements of rapid stripping in nitrogen making process, prolongs the life of electromagnetic valve.
